The project goal is to update the cottage.
Objective: Create more common area living space, update kitchen, update bathrooms, update bedrooms, replace deck, update roof with proper insulation, and ensure all building aspects are at current building codes.
Status: Building design is completed, permits are issued, construction date is set for Fall 2023. Completion Spring 2024.
